The effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy on behavioral inhibition and self-efficacy in children with specific learning disorders

Introduction: Specific learning disorder is one of the most important school-age disorders, and about 2-10% children suffer from this disorder. Aim: The research was conducted with aim determining effectiveness cognitive behavioral therapy on inhibition self-efficacy in specific disorders. Method: method a semi-experimental type pre-test post-test control group. statistical population includes all elementary school girls aged 10 to 12 years who referred center disorders Babol city 2021 (207 people), which 30 people were selected by available randomly two experimental groups controls replaced. To collect data, Hoffmann (1984) Go/no-go Test (behavioral inhibition) Morris Self-efficacy Questionnaire (2001) used. program implemented sessions 45 minutes based Seiler's model (2008) only data analyzed using multivariate analysis covariance (MANCOVA) SPSS software version 18. Results: results showed that there significant difference between scores (P<0.01).
